A successful Lá na gClub took place last Sunday

Our junior footballers continue their all county football league campaign on Tuesday evening when they entertain Camogue Rovers in round four of the league. As is always in any league, it’s important to win your home games and our lads will be hoping to pick up the two points.

Milford’s Lá na gClub celebrations took place on Sunday. John Redington gave a wonderful presentation in the National School. The presentation described the history of the GAA both in Limerick city and the Castletroy area. The afternoon was spent in Roselawn for a club sports day. Some of the highlights included a púc fada competition which was won by Joe Redington and a cic fada competition which was won by Kevin Keenan. The club would like to thank all members who participated in the day and would also like to thanks John Redington and Oliver McGarr for the hard work that they put into making the day a success.

Upcoming fixtures: All county football league v Camogue Rovers, 12th May 7.30 in Roselawn.

Milford GAA would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support during the year especially Sean Murphy of the Day Break Castletroy supermarket and the Groody Bar, Castletroy.

Our club website continues to be one of the leading GAA websites in Ireland. The website now includes detailed maps of every GAA pitch in the country. Limerick’s most comprehensive list of club fixtures and results remains available on the club website: Any queries regarding the website should be directed to the webmaster, contact details are available on the website.
