Challenge match vs Mungret

Last Friday, our junior footballers visited Mungret in a keenly contested match in Mungret. Milford battled hard throughout and will be encouraged by a strong second half performance. Mungret performed much better in the second half and it took a Ray Moloney goal in stoppage time to deny Mungret victory.

Details of upcoming fixtures are available on the club website. Junior football training on Tuesday and Thursday night at 7 o’clock in Roselawn. Management has been encouraged by the strong turn out seen in recent weeks and encourage the lads to continue making a good effort as we finalise our championship preparations.

Milford would like to congratulate all of our players who received their leaving certificate results last week and we wish them all the best for the future. Well done as well to the lads who recently successfully completed their third level degree courses.
